*No builder will be allowed to stay in the tiny home while it is under construction. This is for insurance purposes.

*Each builder will sign up for the time they need the equipment and no scheduled time will exceed TWO HOURS per builder during each Monday-Sunday 7 AM to 11 PM operating hours.

*Each builder will be totally responsible for all their building supplies and tools, which he/she or group will not be able to store at the facility. It is strongly advised to have a vehicle capable of removing supplies and tools, when not on the building site.

*Any person using the equipment and or building their structure on the parking lot area will sign a liability waiver.

*No one will be able to be in the facility or in the parking lot area that is under legal age of the city/state where a Tiny Home Kingdoms ™ is located.

*No alcohol or illegal drugs will be allowed in the facility or in the parking lot area.

*Each builder using the parking lot area will be responsible for the security of their structure.
