Pallet Tiny Home™ on Wheels
Yes, the model is finally finished!
This Pallet Tiny Home™ is made entirely of wooden pallets sitting on a 20 x 8.5 foot flatbed that I can get brand new for under $11,000. I get brand new pallets for $12 a piece from a retired US Marine. I always want to help our brothers and sisters, who have served our country.
These are the tiny homes I plan to offer especially young people to learn to build for themselves as today they must be MOBILE!
I haven’t done the numbers yet but I think that turnkey they can be done for approximately $30,000. They are easily pulled by a Ford Raptor 150.
The first Tiny Home Kingdom™ under the new L3C will hopefully be in Franklin, North Carolina, where I currently reside.
I am going to use Benjamin Moore since my new friend Brody offers it at Nantahala Lumber, owned by his family and run by his sister Dawn, who I have known for years. His deceased father served our country and retired as a Brigadier General in the US Army. I met and spent some quality time with the General.
It is very possible we may wind up using the Pallet Tiny Home™ for the homeless veterans Eco-village project.
